Attorney Coady-Carter focuses her practice in the area of adoption, guardianship, DCFS litigation and estate planning. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, where she majored in industrial/organizational psychology. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, Attorney Coady-Carter returned to Central Illinois where she has practiced since 2002.
Her practice has provided her with extensive experience in a wide variety of legal matters, including adoption, guardianships, estate planning, premises liability, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, toxic tort, products liability, labor law, municipal law, creditor rights, education law, and employment discrimination.
Attorney Coady-Carter represents clients throughout the State of Illinois in both state and federal court.
